HR Business Partners Head

**JOB PURPOSE**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Talent acquisition**:
- Lead the team to ensure effective implementation of end to end hiring process, in order to ensure all hiring needs of relecant areas are fulfilled
- Periodically review the hiring plan of respective divisions in coordination with relevant department and division heads to ensure effective fulfillment of hiring needs, address any challenges and propose rectification and action plans
**Organization Design and job profiling**:
- Work closely with OD Team and relevant Division Heads to advise on organization structure design and getting the needed approvals.
- Guide the HR Business Partner team in the organization design within relevant divisions in order to be aligned with the HR policy; through properly reflecting the accountabilities, contribution towards the business to ensure elimination of any duplication or redundancies with other roles/stakeholders within the organization.
- Work closely with the Organization Development team to ensure implementing the organization structure changes into the system in view of the approved organization structure.
- Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits s team to ensure the job evaluation of all jobs are conducted and that ongoing maintenance of existing job evaluations according to associated changes in job accountabilities or scope based on the reviewed and approved organization structures.

**Manpower Planning**:
- Work closely with Division Heads to develop annual manpower plan of relevant divisions to ensure alignment with business plans and overall bank’s manpower budget and ensure optimization of existing workforce.
- Conduct periodical analysis & reporting the manpower status to the concerned Division Head / Business stake holder.
**Performance Management**:
- Work closely with the OD Team to formulate the performance management policies and guidelines to ensure having an efficient and effective performance management process in place.
- Work closely with relevant Division Heads to ensure effective implementation to the performance management cycle.
- Act as an advisor with Division Heads in leading promotional merits for specified divisions.
- Lead the team to ensure follow up and fulfillment of performance management process to ensure effective and complete implementation of the objectives setting, mid-year review and end of year appraisal of employees in relevant divisions.
**Communication**:
- Deliver awareness sessions to all bank’s employee’s related to HR topics including performance management guidelines, new HR policies & Procedures..etc.
**Reporting**:
- Periodical reporting of HR insights to relevant Business stake holders**Internal hiring**:
- Ensure posting all jobs for internal hiring
- Ensure conducting interviews for internal hiring
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. HR-related certifications are considered an asset (SHRM, CIPD)
- 10-12 years of experience in HR Field, Preferred exposure in Talent Acquisition, Organization Design or Performance Management
- Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
**Skills**:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)- Excellent leadership, decision making and negotiation skills- Excellent communication skills- Excellent planning and organizing skills- Excellent Business Acumen of external market and up-to date market trends and practices.
