**_Responsibilities:_**
**Leadership & Management**
- Leading side by side with the business leaders the planning and execution of the HR agenda.
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Take an active role in performance improvement and provoke positive changes in people management.
- Provide ideas and challenges to management teams, thus acting as a catalyst for change.
- Partner with business leaders in different people related projects across the Organization through leading the change management plans.
- Provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, organizational structures, retention, and promotions.
- Contribute in strategy setting workshops.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning.
- Coach the Management team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams.
**HR Team**
- Play as a focal person between the Business and COE.
- Drive the performance management and Talent profile cycles.
- Support in the annual salary review, promotions, and bonus payment cycles.
- Study the employee engagement survey results for each account and partner with the account head and focus group to come up with action plans to enhance the engagement..
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR teams in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also avoid future ones.
- Drive special people related projects in the Business unit.
- Ensure that core HR processes and policies are consistent and applied appropriately.
- Build strong relationship with the Leadership and Management team to get buy in and support for HR Projects, processes, and initiatives.
- Support in driving consistency of approach across the Organization in attracting, managing, and developing talents to support current and future organizational needs.
- Monitor the Salaries & Bonus annual budget.
**Manager/Employee Communications**
- Improve manager and employee performance through coaching and counseling by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing and following up on solutions.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Facilitate Employee Engagement Focus groups to ensure effectiveness, help avoid deviating from the objective, and come up with action plans that aims to increase the engagement level.
- Follow up on the different parties who owns a part of the Engagement action plan.
- Manage and resolves complex employee-relations issues.
- Assist with employee communication and feedback through all channels such as company meetings, Townhalls, employee Engagement surveys, newsletters, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use.
This is a management position that will be reporting to HR Director.
- Relevant High-Education Degree (post graduate HRM degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 8 to 11 years of experience
- Capable of grasping business acumen in a reasonable pace (understanding of the business, performance drivers and long term direction)
- Organizational design and development, behaviors and psychology
- Sound general knowledge of labor law
- Utilize technology as an enabler
- Core knowledge of the HR main functions (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations)
- Strong knowledge of HR Market Trends
- Hands on experience in building/driving Change Management plans
- Knowledge of communications strategies & tactics
- Core knowledge of influencing and coaching/mentoring methodologies in a high performing team environment
- Leading people and projects experience
- Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or department
- Worked within a matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
- Hands on experience in conflict resolution techniques
