**Overview**:
This role will involve not just operational HR but also the strategic level. You will manage a total population of 300 + 3 parties in Egypt, a mix of direct and indirect hires. The client is looking for someone with strong business partnering skills and can act as an HR advisor to the business leaders, adaptable innovative in creating various initiatives, not just focusing on process but also enhancing people’s engagement. They also want someone who is current about the latest best HR business practices locally and internationally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend their strategic goals and challenges, providing HR insights and tailored solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor to business units, contributing valuable insights to decision-making processes that impact the workforce.
- Talent Management: Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of skilled and engaged employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator and advisor in employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, providing expertise on change management strategies and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Performance Management: Work with business leaders to implement effective performance management processes, offering guidance on goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll administration, and benefits administration, ensuring efficiency and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with management to implement employee engagement initiatives, address concerns, and conduct exit interviews to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Performance Systems: Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes, providing guidance to managers and coordinating the annual performance review process.
- Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to all employees, ensuring clarity and consistency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HRIS and proficiency in using HR software.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and contribute to overall business strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, with in-depth knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
