**Archer - Regional HR Business Partner - Egypt/Middle East** This is not your typical HRBP position or your typical growing, global tech company. Only those who consider themselves "utility players" need apply. You must be able to effectively support leadership strategically, collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams globally and remotely. You must also be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done - including administration and coordination as needed. Our Regional HRBP: - Serves as primary point-of-contact and consultant for organizational people managers and colleagues in at our Cairo, Egypt location as well as across our Middle East region (currently Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar) - may also provide limited back-up support to our additional resources across EMEA, APJ and Americas. - Provides support and consultation to drive employee retention, engagement and productivity in alignment with business strategy. - Responsible for development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value quality human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels of team members. - Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders and succession plan, and drive business change efforts. - Ensures compliance with company policy’s well as federal and local regulations. Core Team Competencies: - Sense of Urgency with Quality - Customer-Oriented Mindset - Collaborative Communication - Solution-oriented Problem Solving - Acts with Accountability / self-motivated - Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing demands Key Responsibilities: - Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts to the development of innovative principles and ideas - Works on unusually complex and sensitive problems and provides solutions that are highly creative - Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range targets - Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through team member booklets, communications, and/or meetings - Prepares reports I conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs - May assist more senior team members or leadership in developing policies - Serve as lead point of contact specialized projects or programs - Act as prime consultant on large projects that effect the organizations long-term goals and objectives Key Skills: - Demonstrates business and functional acumen by influencing work regionally to align business and HR strategy - Requires full working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation/employment law, principles, policies, and procedures - Ability to discuss with basic organizational development matters and the fundamental issues of the HR functional areas (training, compensation, benefits, etc.) with management - Possess ability to present concise and clear presentations to company management and employees - Demonstrates business and functional acumen by influencing work globally to align business and HR strategy - Has breadth of perspective both internally and externally - Possess in-depth negotiating, influencing and consulting skills - Exercises judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures - Work is performed with mínimal direction - Possesses full knowledge of client’s business operations, including HR policy and regulations relevant to the client group - Utilizes level of knowledge to address operational issues of the client group - Demonstrates advanced business and functional acumen by leading and influencing work globally to align business and HR strategy - Has significant breadth of perspective both internally and externally - May have experience working in and supporting multiple geographies - Ability to independently identify appropriate actions to take in resolving staffing and/or employee issues using defined HR policies and procedures Preferred Skills: - Previous experience conducting, reviewing, and analyzing employee experience surveys (and similar) as well advising leaders and employees on objectives/priorities to drive higher productivity, engagement and retention - Previous experiencing performing relative to HR-metrics - Previous experience working with global, matrixed teams Education/Experience: 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
