Our Business Operations team within the Archer business unit develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support functions ranging from sales, services, marketing, product and engineering and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
In this position, you will be responsible for leading reporting & analytics for ArcherIRM. This position requires great attention to detail and an obsession for data analytics, numbers and tools like PowerBI.

You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, interpreting, and deriving insights from vast amounts of data. Your work will inform key business decisions across different BUs to determine business data reporting and analysis requirements, working with business units to answer key business questions; and identifies new data requirements, analysis strategies, and reporting mechanisms.
- Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create alternative business solutions that meet current and future environments.
- Perform data analytics and reporting for the Global Services function.
- Interpret findings and identify business opportunities to deliver values through Knowledge Management at the program and business unit levels.
- Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions, leading projects and work with extended teams.
- Act as an expert for Power BI & reporting-related topics and consult users on maintaining reports.
- Analysis of key metrics, data findings, error reporting, and performance management control; test solutions and resolves issues; designs conceptual, logical, and physical data models; build and maintain multiple databases; and provide analytical support.
- Identify opportunities that may be addressed by existing/new technologies as well as evolving reporting best practices.
- Transform business requirements into functional specifications.
- Manage requests of reporting services by assessing business requirements.
- Support development, customization, and configuration of projects with internal providers.
- Support in the evaluation and testing of new apps/solutions in reporting.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, economics, math, statistics, science or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Power BI work experience.
- Knowledge of Power BI set up and deployment architecture design. Gateway administration.
- In-depth experience with Microsoft analytics Stack (SQL Server, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and T-SQL).
- Proficient user of SalesForce reporting.
- Excellent communication, ability to work across various teams and comfortability presenting information across all levels of the organization.
