**What you'll be doing**
- Review and ensure all products meet applicable regulatory, legal, and quality standards (local and international).
- Prepare, update, and maintain compliance documentation, technical files, and declarations of conformity.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, and Supply Chain) to gather necessary product data for compliance submissions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external laboratories for product testing, registration, and certification.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards that may impact product categories and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Support audits and inspections related to product compliance.
- Verify labeling, packaging, and product claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance databases and track approval timelines.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, veterinary medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or quality assurance, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of local and international compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance management tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
