**We’re Hiring: PVC Production Manager**

**Location**: Cairo - El Shorouk

**2M PLAST Group (Mega2M - Fenix)**, a leading company in **PVC and plastic manufacturing**, is looking for a **Production Manager** to join its Production Department.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **plastic manufacturing**, specifically **injection and extrusion processes**:

- **Previous experience in managing production teams and daily operations**:

- **Strong leadership and organizational skills**:

- **Ability to monitor production schedules and ensure product quality**:

- **Proficiency in production tracking software and reporting**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to schedules
- Lead the production team and assign tasks to supervisors and operators
- Ensure product quality and compliance with safety and health standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and procurement departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and productivity
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and output
