Role Description

The Finance Manager (Industrial) will oversee and manage financial operations, analyze company financial health, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize operational efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and liaising with key stakeholders regarding financial reporting. The Finance Manager will also play a critical role in planning and executing financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in 6th of October.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management
  • Experience with financial regulations and compliance in industrial operations
  • Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities with a results-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
  • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
