On-Hire is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, the Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive process improvements and foster a productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement production schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of manufacturing processes.
- Manage and lead production staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline operations.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to provide insights on performance metrics to senior management.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment with production goals and overall company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with production management software and overall operational efficiency tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
