As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end experience of our products. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other designers to craft solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with both user needs and business goals. You'll be a strategic partner, experience ambassador, and mentor—helping to grow our design culture and capability.

Responsibilities


• Lead the design of seamless user journeys across our ecosystem.


• Translate complex fintech workflows into simple, engaging interfaces.


• Conduct foundational and evaluative user research, transforming insights into actionable design decisions.


• Champion usability, accessibility, and inclusive design practices.


• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and sprint alignment.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and infuse user insights into strategic planning.


• Clearly articulate design decisions rooted in user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.


• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a growth mindset and design excellence.


• Advocate for user-centered design principles and help shape internal processes, standards, and the broader UX strategy.


• Invent or refine design workflows for squads and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.


• Evolve and maintain our cross-platform design system to ensure consistency and scalability.


• Drive usability and accessibility testing processes.


• Present design work to stakeholders and facilitate workshops to align teams and drive decisions.


• Continuously track and share design progress, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications


• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related subject.


• 4–7 years of product design experience in digital products, preferably fintech or fast-growing tech environments.


• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation abilities.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to complex design problems.


• Proficiency in Figma and design/prototyping tools like FigJam, Miro, Sketch, Maze, or Lookback.


• Comfort with using product analytics or user behavior tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar).


• Experience with user research and data-driven decision making.


• Skilled in responsive design and cross-platform systems.


• Experience working with or contributing to cross-platform design systems.


• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.


• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.


• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, take ownership, and mentor others.


• High collaboration across disciplines with strong alignment and feedback culture.
