Senior Graphic Designer
is responsible for creating visually creative designs that effectively communicate the uptown 6 October brand and message of our company.

Responsibilities:

· Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital platforms.

· Execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website content.

· Edit and enhance video content as needed to complement graphic designs.

· Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across campaigns and materials.

· Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material

· Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

· Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in related field.

· 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
