Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Investment Analyst located in 6th of October. The Senior Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analyses, creating financial models, and managing investment portfolios. Day-to-day tasks also include assessing investment opportunities, preparing and presenting investment reports, and working closely with the potential investors.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Investments and Portfolio Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Modeling
  • Knowledge and expertise in Finance
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
