**What you'll be doing**

- Liaise with government entities, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies to manage all company-related documentation and approvals.
- Process and track employee-related documents, including visas, residence permits, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support in obtaining and renewing trade licenses, permits, and airport access passes required for travel retail operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, labor regulations, and immigration policies.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of all government transactions and documents.

- Represent the company in visits to ministries, immigration departments, chambers of commerce, and other official bodies.
- Handle customs clearance processes for duty-free goods, product samples, and marketing materials as needed.
- Keep management informed of any regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
- Provide support in administrative tasks and government correspondence as required.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in government relations
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals.
- Experience dealing with airport and customs authorities is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
