You will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing consumer activation initiatives within the HoReCa channel and at consumer & trade events. The role ensures detailed operational execution, effective agency management, and the delivery of premium consumer experiences that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. This position bridges creative planning and field execution, ensuring that every activation reflects the brand's image and achieves measurable business impact. Position:As the Retail Consumer Activations Associate, you will:Develop, plan, and implement activation strategies tailored to HoReCa environments and event venuesDevelop creative concepts and engagement mechanics that align with brand objectives and target audiencesCollaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade, and Brand) to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategyManage activation budgets efficiently and ensure timely delivery of all activitiesManage relationships with external event and activation agencies — briefing, supervision, and performance evaluationCoordinate all aspects of event execution (from setup to breakdown), ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory guidelinesNegotiate with vendors, event organizers, and venues to secure efficient execution termsEnsure agencies deliver outstanding experiences, on time and within budgetRecruit, train, and supervise HoReCa and event promoters to guarantee they reflect the brand's values and provide high-quality consumer engagementsMonitor promoter performance, providing ongoing feedback and mentoring to maintain activation excellenceCoordinate scheduling, logistics, and on-ground operations to ensure seamless deliveryCultivate a culture that prioritizes engagement quality and conversion resultsGuarantee flawless activation execution across all events and HoReCa touchpointsSupervise setup quality, visibility, and adherence to brand guidelinesEnsure consistent consumer journey, messaging, and compliance with marketing standardsTrack and analyze event performance metrics, consumer feedback, and return on activation investmentIdentify process improvements to improve efficiency and impact for future activationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldProficiency in English is required2–4 years of experience in event marketing, HoReCa activations, or brand experience management (FMCG, lifestyle, or tobacco industry preferred)Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, vendors, and field staff effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and writtenUnderstanding of retail benchmarks, merchandising principles, and brand execution standardsAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedulesWhat to expect: Expect well-being initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
