You will be responsible for leading and implementing high-impact in-store consumer activations in-store & shop-in-shop, ensuring perfect retail operations, and driving trade marketing excellence across owned retail outlets and shop-in-shop environments. The role focuses on delivering premium consumer experiences for heated tobacco products, ensuring consistent brand visibility, operational efficiency, and ambassador performance to achieve commercial and brand objectives. Position:As the Retail Consumer Activations Associate, you will:Coordinate daily in-store operations to ensure seamless consumer engagement and brand experienceManage, train, and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors and Retail Staff to deliver consistent, high-quality interactionsEstablish and supervise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold retail excellence and adhere to regulatory guidelinesEnsure point-of-sale readiness, product availability, and accurate display in line with brand guidelinesPlan, coordinate, and complete consumer activation campaigns within retail and trade environmentsEnsure all activations provide outstanding consumer experiences aligned with brand values and conversion objectivesMonitor and evaluate performance metrics to consistently improve the quality of execution and valueCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Trade, and Operations) to ensure alignment and flawless rolloutImplement trade merchandising plans to improve product visibility, brand presence, and sell-out performanceCollaborate with Trade Marketing teams to tailor national campaigns to local market conditionsEnsure consistent implementation of POS materials, planograms, and promotional displays in all retail touchpointsPerform routine store inspections and competitor assessments to maintain a competitive advantage and adhere to brand guidelinesDrive brand activation excellence across own retail stores and shop-in-shop channelsGuarantee that all retail experiences reflect the brand's premium positioning and visual identityWork together with imaginative and experiential marketing teams to actualize innovative concepts at the point of purchaseCollect consumer feedback and insights to improve future activation strategies and enhance customer happinessRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experienceProficiency in English is required3–5 years of experience in marketing retail operations, trade marketing, or consumer activations (preferably within FMCG, tobacco, or lifestyle industries)Shown a history of leading retail teams and delivering activation programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of retail benchmarks, merchandising principles, and brand execution standardsWillingness to travel and work on-site during activations and retail eventsWhat to expect:Expect well-being initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
