**What would your role look like?**
As Global HRIS Manager you will be the business owner of our core global HR system (Success Factors) as well as other HR systems and will ensure a harmonized system environment for our business, always keeping efficiency, simplicity and an excellent user experience in mind. You will be responsible for end-to-end process mapping and continuous improvement of the key HR processes, some aspects of which may be outside these systems.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Translate business needs and processes into system requirements and liaise with external consultants to implement new functionalities and change requests into Success Factors across all implemented modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation Management)
- Ensure our global HR processes are effectively enabled by the HR systems landscape and we maximize the value of the digital tools we have in place (Success Factors, Eloomi, Replicon, Peakon, Payroll systems, and more)
- Anchor the HR processes and the use of the HR systems in the organization and lead the business roll out of new functionalities and processes
- Manage HR reporting and own HR master data. Establish global approach to manage data quality and be accountable for great data quality in our HR systems
- Collaborate with colleagues in the P&C team and across functions at Oterra on maintaining existing and implementing new integrations with other systems (Payroll, IT, Finance, Sourcing)
- Support M&A projects from HR IS and employee data perspective
- Strengthen the HR IS capabilities of the P&C team as well as leaders globally through designing and delivering training and support materials

**Who are we looking for?**

We need an additional team player on our team, who has a can-do attitude, has a structured working style, while at the same time being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and not everything being in perfectly order yet. We are looking for a person that is motivated by getting it right, not necessarily being right.

We are looking for an experienced profile with a related university degree and at least 5 years of experience from working in similar positions with HR Information Systems and processes. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but to have a good flare for systems, data, and processes. Further, you bring the following skills and experience:

- Strong knowledge of Success Factors, experience with Employee Central and other modules
- Data savvy and broad knowledge of variety of HR systems
- Process mindset and good understanding of HR processes
- Experience with HR IS global implementations and/ driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work in matrix organisations and have a collaborative mindset
- Project Management experience
- Fluency in English
