Project Manager

Requisition ID: 29741- Job Location(s): Graasten, DKDanfoss Power Electronics and Drives is looking for a Project Manager with experience in development of electromechanical products. You will work in an agile environment where you are the lead in global cross functional projects ensuring a good process and on time deliverables.

We are engineering solutions which help increasing energy efficiency and thus lowering carbon emissions. At DPD in Graasten we develop and produce variable speed drives; The VLT®, which is a part of our green strategy, to develop electronics for a sustainable tomorrow.

As our new Project Manager, you will be part of a dedicated and ambitious team of project managers. We ensure time to market, a high product quality at a low cost which can be mass produced efficiently. We are a global organisation and execute projects with activities across sites in China, Denmark, India, USA, and Finland.

**Ensuring robust design of high quality**:
You will be responsible for cross functional project teams with focus on delivering the best possible products to our customers. You will work with new technologies and methods where you will be a part of defining both the business and the technical direction.

As our new Project Manager, you will work closely together with colleagues from both local departments and our global development centres. Likewise, you will cooperate with suppliers and be in contact with our customers. Other key responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire project teams to consistent high performance in the projects.
- Consolidate and manage business and customer requirements.
- Create alignment between internal and external stakeholders.

**Versatile engineer with project management talent**:
We expect you to have a background as an Electronics or a Mechatronics engineer. It is an advantage if you have experience from development of electronics. But more importantly, you have good coordination skills and preferable you are a talented project manager with several years of experience who thrive in an agile working environment.
