**The team for you to join**

You will be joining the Product Management team with colleagues from different nationalities and working in multiple locations. You will report to our Pricing Strategy Manager. We are a team of highly motivated Product Managers, Product Analyst and Project Managers. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in continuously improving our organization.

**What would your role look like?**

The Commercial Pricing Manager role is integral part of Oterra´s pricing strategy and operations. The Commercial Pricing Manager is responsible for the analysis of customer and product data, providing commercial insights and monitoring the pricing performance and outcomes. This role works closely Oterra’s sales team to produce competitive, value based prices as well as support with pricing operations and training.

A successful Commercial Pricing Manager turns big data into commercial insights and business outcomes, while managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

**Reporting to the Pricing Strategy Manager**:

- You work closely with business leaders and our sales organization, share insights about pricing performance supporting them with the level of analysis required to take pricing decisions.
- You lead the pricing process of our largest global strategic accounts in close collaboration with Sales and Product Managers.
- You track and report on Oterra´s pricing performance, analyze and assess data to support the development of pricing strategy.
- You are a key contributor to the optimization of our end-to-end pricing processes and governance principles.
- You support the growing pricing function by conducting training in templates and processes
- You manage day-to-day pricing activities and are the point of contact for Sales and Product Managers
- You assist with the creation and enhancement of pricing systems, tools, and reporting dashboards that support better business decisions.

**Who are we looking for?**
- To succeed in this position:_
- You have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or economics
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of data using multiple data sources, develop analysis templates/tools and synthesize various findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience in supporting commercial organizations
- Experience in pricing analysis is preferred
- You are collaborative and able to establish strong cross-functional relationships
- You are a good communicator with the ability to convey clear messages
- You have advanced Excel skills, Power BI and experience working with Tableau and/or other data visualization
