Danfoss Drives and Power Electronics is seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Enablement Consultant to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in empowering our salesforce for excellence in the Water business.

As a Sales Enablement Consultant, you will get the unique opportunity join in on an innovative journey, where you will have the impact on establishing strategies and success tracking, conducting the trainings and workshops, and equip our sales professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in a competitive market.

**Responsibilities**:
If you take on the challenge as our new Sales Enablement Consultant, you will be responsible to support the global sales & business development team in sales and strategy execution. You will have to ensure full water market insight and intelligence, by being active in collecting and distributing water market intelligence and finding new leads to support business.

Other responsibilities, but not limited to.
- Coordinate collecting inputs and buildup of the value proposition story lines and development of the good case stories in the markets.
- Adapt pipeline dashboards to monitor the activities and performance of the sales units & region sales drivers.
- Manage the Teams channels, SharePoint, Yammer for the Sales & Bus. Dev. team so that all content is easily accessible for sales units.
- Support the global water key account activities.
- Support the sales team on Marketing activities, coordinate BU needs with MarCom.
- Support and coordinate with the sales units and region drivers the upcoming events and available new content.
- Analyze price trends and support finding pricing opportunities in the market.
- Maintain master agreements and price agreements and ensure they are accessible to the sales unit in a unified format.

You are known for your motivating energy, creativity, and hands-on work approach. You possess excellent project management skills and are recognized for your facilitation, communication skills and humble and open approach towards others. As a Sales Enablement Consultant you are service-minded and very driven to solve day to day complexities.

Furthermore.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business and a background in drives business and/or sales support role.
- Proven track record of developing and supporting execution of sales & strategy plans, project management, data analytics (PowerBI, Salesforce), price analytics (Excel ).
- Excellent in English, verbal, written and presentation.
- Travel mobility (up to 20% of time) at the regional/global level.
