Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed construction drawings, and ensuring design specifications meet client requirements and project goals. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee project planning, assist in project management, and integrate cutting-edge architectural solutions into designs to meet contemporary standards. The role also involves maintaining quality control and aligning deliverables with timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in effective Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of project phases.
  • Revit Profeciency is a must
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
  • Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in commercial or residential architectural projects is desirable.
