Join ILAC Architects as a Full-time Sr. Design Architect - Exterior

ILAC Architects is a design consultancy firm based in Sheikh Zayed City. The firm provides professional architectural, engineering, interior, landscaping, and urban planning services in Egypt and the Gulf area markets. With a focus on residential, commercial, offices, hotels, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop concept designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for various project phases.


• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to refine and optimize design solutions.


• Prepare presentations, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design intent.


• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.


• Support project teams during construction by addressing design-related issues.


• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance creativity and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:


• 3-6 Years of experience.


• Demonstrated expertise and exceptional creativity in 3D design and visualization is a must.


• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative space planning solutions. (specialized in Mega projects)


• Management skills to oversee design projects from inception to completion.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.


• Ability to work under pressure.


• Knowledge of Saudi standards and codes is plus.


• Knowledge of sustainable design principles preferred.


• Applicant should be from 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed or its nearby areas.
