Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Solution Architect
with strong experience in Java technologies to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technical architecture with business needs, driving solution design, and ensuring successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution & Architecture Design

  • Design end-to-end software architectures for enterprise solutions based on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Define architectural blueprints, high-level designs, integration patterns, and technology stack recommendations.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and follow industry best practices.

2. Technical Leadership

  • Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review code, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

3. Requirements Analysis

  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and propose alternative solutions when needed.

4. Integration & API Management

  • Design integration architectures using REST APIs, messaging systems, and cloud-native components.
  • Define data flow, service orchestration, and microservices interactions.

5. Performance & Security

  • Ensure high availability, performance optimization, load management, and secure-by-design principles.
  • Conduct architecture assessments, gap analysis, and technical reviews.

6. Cloud & DevOps Enablement

  • Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Support deployment strategies and infrastructure design.

7. Documentation & Standards

  • Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and guidelines for development teams.
  • Enforce coding standards, architectural governance, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in solution or technical architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
    .
  • Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in telecom, fintech, or enterprise solutions is a plus.
