Role Description

ArchiLAB is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect
for a full-time, on-site position in our Sheikh Zayed office.

The Senior Architect will play a key leadership role in the design, technical development, and execution of projects. Responsibilities include preparing and revising IFC drawings, supervising construction stages, managing daily office operations, and overseeing a team of engineers. The role also requires attending high-value client meetings, preparing technical and financial proposals for new projects, and ensuring all designs align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Daily tasks include project coordination, technical review, site supervision, team management, and direct communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of
    10 years of professional experience
    in architecture
  • Strong experience in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating
    IFC drawings
  • Proven ability to supervise construction
    activities and ensure on-site technical compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and
    manage office operations and junior engineers
  • Strong experience in preparing technical and financial proposals
  • High confidence in client-facing roles
    , especially with high-value clients
  • Proficiency in
    Revit
    and
    AutoCAD
    is a must
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, construction processes, and industry standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Consultant license and PMP Certificate is a plus
