Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid Level Architect. The position is based in Sheraton El Matar. As a Mid Level Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, creating detailed project specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also participate in project management processes, oversee constructions to ensure plans are being followed, and support senior architects with design reviews and updates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and rendering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and standards
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in designing and planning projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design or similar roles
  • Experience with construction documentation and project management is beneficial
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles is a plus
