Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Technical Office Engineer, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves preparing and reviewing shop drawings, managing bill of quantities (BOQ), and coordinating engineering-related tasks across various disciplines. Additionally, the Engineer will collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure progress aligns with design specifications and requirements, providing accurate quantity surveying and supporting project documentation processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Shop Drawings and BOQ preparation
  • Knowledge and experience in ArchitectureEngineering and Electrical Engineering
  • Strong expertise in Quantity Surveying and cost estimation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with construction standards and regulations is a plus
