Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect Engineer at
SUMMITS PMC
in El Dokki.

The
BIM Architect Engineer
will be responsible for tasks such as supporting in architecture design, project control , Multi discipline coordination, and collaboration with construction teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage the accuracy of the constructed BIM models using Autodesk Revit
  • Review and manage the organized architectural drawing sets for various construction stages and participate in discipline reviews
  • Review and manage to deliver high-detail BIM models (LOD 400–500) for moderate to large-scale projects using Autodesk Revit
  • Insure the compliance with international and internal BIM standards
  • Insure the compliance international and internal BIM standards
  • Review project Architectural drawings and specifications
  • Identify conflicts, incomplete or unclear design information
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline design - changes and model challenges
  • May take the lead to develop BIM content for project- specific needs
  • Review project Architectural drawings and specifications
  • Aware of Saudi Arabian, Egyptian- International-codes and local regulations
  • Familiar with 
    BIM collaboration tools
     like BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for seamless team communication and project integration

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
  • AutoCAD, Revit & Microsoft Office is a must
  • Effective communication & Problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong English command (Reading - Writing – Speaking)
  • Experience with BIM software and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles
