EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in 3 Countries. We are looking for Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our clients in the Real Estate Development industry, located in 5th Settlement.
Role Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, understanding manpower needs, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and employer branding standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment, at least one year of experience within real estate companies.
- HR Diploma is a MUST.
- Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across multiple functions.
- Hands-on experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Very good up to excellent command of English.
