About the role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. This role requires strong expertise in talent sourcing, employer branding, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.

  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Develop a strong employer brand that attracts top talent. This may include creating compelling job ads, showcasing company culture through social media, and developing a careers page on the company website.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and HR staff.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing background.

  • Familiarity with Recruitment software systems. (SAP)

  • Excellent English skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
