Role Overview
:

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting highly skilled IT professionals for a variety of technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, technical teams, and leadership to identify hiring needs, source, and recruit top talent in the ever-evolving tech space. Your expertise in the technical recruitment process will ensure we continue to scale and meet the growing demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective sourcing strategies for various roles (Software Engineers, Data Analysts, IT Project Managers, etc.).
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and your own professional network to attract top technical talent.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our client's needs.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice for technical professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to source candidates with the latest skill sets.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment experience.

Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years
    as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a technical environment, preferably in IT outsourcing or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
