Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and creating a positive customer experience.
