Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Recruitment Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, identifying staffing needs, and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals. The role also involves working closely with hiring managers, providing training to team members on best hiring practices, and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and developing strategies to attract top talent
  • Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to effectively assess candidates and liaise with internal teams
  • Experience in Training and guiding team members on recruitment processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
