Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist (Mass Hiring) located in Maadi . The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for handling mass hiring processes, including screening, interviewing, and recruiting candidates. The specialist will conduct interviews, coordinate hiring events, and maintain communication with potential hires. Additionally, the role includes organizing and conducting training sessions for new recruits and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
- Strong Communication abilities
- Experience in Training new employees
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in mass hiring or large-scale recruitment campaigns is a plus
