Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, and providing training to ensure smooth onboarding for new employees. The Recruitment Specialist will foster positive communication and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting with a proven ability to identify and attract top talent
- Strong skills in Interviewing candidates and carrying out fair and effective evaluation processes
- Excellent Communication skills for building positive relationships and collaborating with diverse teams
- Experience in Training new employees and supporting them in their professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and employment regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
