Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Recruitment Specialist focused on massive hiring. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet high-volume staffing demands. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires interaction with hiring managers, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and contributing to the success of organizational growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to manage the recruitment pipeline and execute mass hiring initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
  • Experience in Training and developing recruitment strategies to build a skilled and diverse workforce.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or within a BPO industry is highly desirable.
