Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including identifying staffing needs, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs and providing effective communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
