Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Recruitment Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting suitable English-speaking candidates for roles within the BPO sector. The role involves collaborating with team leads to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and assessing English proficiency. The Recruitment Specialist will also coordinate hiring processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and build strong candidate pipelines to support the organization's talent acquisition goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English Teaching, Translation, and training candidates effectively
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of Customer Service principles and their application in a BPO environment
  • Experience in Training and developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects efficiently
  • Ability to utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English Language, Communications, or a related field
