Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Abassia. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, including identifying suitable candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and assisting in hiring decisions. Additionally, the role will involve communication with candidates and team members, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting training initiatives. The intern will also contribute to maintaining HR documentation and reports.

  • Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • No Needed Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a team-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using HR tools or platforms is an advantage
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Graduates only
