Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Support Specialist based in Cairo. The specialist will interact with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency. They will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate solutions and exceptional service, provide technical support, and maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken. The role involves collaboration with other teams to improve service quality and work processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills for building positive relationships with customers and teams.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and providing accurate solutions to customer issues.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and identify optimal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the fintech or technology industry, is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to new processes and tools.
