Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing outstanding customer service through resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, offering technical support as needed, documenting issues, and collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate empathetically and professionally with diverse customers.
- Technical Support skills to assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems, as well as improve processes for enhanced service delivery.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Pay: E£14, E£15,000.00 per month
