Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve offering technical support, analyzing customer issues, and maintaining positive relationships through effective interpersonal skills.
