We are looking for an
In-Room Dining Runner
who will ensure the timely delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms, providing attentive and personalized service in line with IHG standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you'll mostly be:

  • Delivering in-room dining orders promptly and professionally to guest rooms.
  • Setting up trays and trolleys to meet hotel presentation standards.
  • Assisting guests with requests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless.
  • Collecting used trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with the Order Taker and Kitchen team to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Handling guest complaints and requests courteously, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area, trolleys, and equipment.
  • Promoting menu items, specials, and upselling additional services.
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, safety, and brand service standards.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as carrying trays and pushing trolleys.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in English and other languages is an advantage.
