Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Agent located in Cairo. The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for managing reception desk activities, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role also entails fostering strong guest relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and Guest Relations
  • Proficiency in interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Fluency in English; additional language abilities are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry and familiarization with luxury brand standards are advantageous
