Role Description

Friendly and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist skilled in managing bookings, guest communication, and problem-solving to ensure smooth, welcoming stays. Dedicated to providing exceptional service with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries through computerized reservation systems.
  • Provide accurate information on accommodation options, services, rates, and availability.
  • Respond to reservation requests from various communication channels (phone, email, messaging apps, etc.).
  • Offer solutions to any reservation-related issues (staff or maintenance related).
  • Handle payment transactions and booking confirmations.
  • Keep guests informed about any booking-related updates or issues.
  • Notify guests of any changes or concerns related to their stay.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar position; experience in Customer Care is preferable
  • Undergraduate students are welcome to apply
