Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Executive located in Cairo, Egypt. The Client Relations Executive will manage key client accounts and relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. Responsibilities include handling client communications, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent English speakers (spoken and written)

Job Details:

  • Full-time, on-site position (Nasr City)
  • Fixed shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Salary in USD or equivalent
  • High transportation allowance provided
