Strategia is a full-service agency that offers Event Planning, Event Management, and Marketing Solutions. With extensive experience in the events industry, Strategia has participated in managing a variety of events, including corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, graduation ceremonies, and charitable & fundraising events. When you contact Strategia, the team will prioritize your business needs while planning and executing your event, including venue and vendor sourcing, on-site coordination and supervision, and follow-up activities.

Job Summary:

Strategia Events is seeking a
motivated and confident Client Relations & Event Coordinator
to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will connect with potential clients, understand their event needs, and coordinate internally to bring their ideas to life. You'll be the bridge between clients and our creative and operations teams — ensuring seamless communication and exceptional event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to reach potential clients and introduce Strategia's services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals.
  • Schedule, attend, and document client meetings (in-person or online).
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, contracts, and event briefs.
  • Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide on-ground support during events when required.
