Role Description

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty in all company residential projects
  • development and implement policies and procedures ( handover- community - crm) that meet the business needs & clients requirements
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the make decisions regarding the current resource.
  • Manage day-to-day operations while dealing with various clients.
  • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions
  • Assisting clients with the property after-sales and development.
  • Manage hand over and fit-out process of projects.

Qualifications

  • Have experience in New capital & New cairn clients ( residential & Commercial )
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience. in real estate is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
