Position Overview
The
Client Manager
will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, manage client communication, support the legal team with intake and case coordination, and help maintain strong relationships built on trust and transparency. You'll ensure clients feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the legal process.
Role Description
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and attorneys
- Manage client intake, onboarding, and case updates
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Provide clear explanations of processes, timelines, and next steps
- Assist in gathering required client information and documents
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and firm processes
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in managing case records and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of legal consulting, dispute resolution, and the legal system
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to collaborate with legal teams and ensure a client-focused service
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Relevant experience in legal or client management roles
- Law degree or related qualification is strongly preferred
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with local and international legal frameworks
