Atlantica Management is hiring a Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is a blend of account management, client success, and strategic sales. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients—ensuring satisfaction, nurturing relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and retention
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Sales & Growth
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets
• Lead contract renewals and proactively manage retention strategies
• Maintain a deep understanding of our services to make value-driven recommendations
• Strategic Account Oversight
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's goals, business model, and challenges
• Monitor usage, feedback, and performance to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and present reports, insights, and growth plans to key stakeholders
• Internal Collaboration
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to deliver client solutions
• Contribute to the refinement of internal processes to improve the client experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in account management, client success, or sales-related roles
• Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• CRM proficiency is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in creative agencies/marketing consultancies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Comfort working with both corporate and creative teams
