Job Purpose
Drive SME portfolio growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering tailored financing solutions that support business needs while ensuring quality, profitability, and alignment with risk policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire and grow SME clients through targeted outreach and effective relationship management.
• Assess clients' financial needs and structure suitable credit solutions.
• Prepare clear, high-quality credit proposals in line with internal policies.
• Maintain strong relationships to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensure timely renewals, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Credit Certified.
• 1–3 years of experience for Relationship Manager roles.
• 3–5 years of experience for Senior Relationship Manager roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office application
