Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partners Relationship Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Partners Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving collaboration to ensure mutual business growth. The role includes regular communication with partners, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and aligning partnerships with company goals and strategic objectives. partners relationship manager will act as the communication bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in business development, sales strategies, and partnership management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
